What is Nordic walking? It is not a trend, but a health sport… 

Nordic walking originates from Finland, and has been presented as a summer training method for top cross-country skiing athletes. Full-body training which includes the use of poles has been developed. It trains the circulatory system, but also 90% of the entire musculature.

Nordic walking:
